Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
Try a full charge using wall socket adapter to see if it's a battery problem. While doing this hold power and home buttons down together to reboot your device. If its still doesn't work and if you are on a tethered jailbreak you may need to reboot your device using blacksn0w. If that doesn't help it may be that it's a broken power button, or more serious internal issue - seek service or RMA if under warranty.
