1) Try uninstalling off-line and disable your firewall 2) Download the Microsoft uninstall utility and see if your webcam program is on the list - if it is, click on it and hit 'remove' Make sure only the webcam program is highlighted.!!!!! http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
