Question about HP Photosmart 3310 Printer
Just make sure that all other programs that your not using at the time your trying to scan is closed out of at the time. Also if your connected to a network, tempearly take yourself off line by unhooking the network cable from the back of your comptuer.
This will trouble shoot if the problem is coming from an other comptuer on your network. if you have multiple computes at your house. or officer or what ever you have.
if this dont work, uninstall your printer by going to our control panel under my computer and go to add or remove harware. then reinstall your pritner this might help also
