The should be some Sync software that you can get from motorola. You could also, take the memory chip out of the phone, and plug that nito a card reader, and transfer the music that way.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Moto Razr V3 won't connect to my computer

You will need a software called Motorola phone tools to be able to do this. Unfortunately you cant get it for free. But I found a deal for you on e-bay for 6.99$ original CD with USB cable(It costs around 34$ to get it from the Motorola website)
Here's the link

Downloading pic's to computer?

I am assuming you have the cable needed to connect up to the computer? You would need to purchase the software of motorola phone tools ..IF you would like there is a free trial of it available from Motorola's website from there its a walk thru install. If you dont want to go that route you can also download a freeware called BitPim which will allow you to connect up to you phone and load the necessary drivers.. You want to first install the software and then plug you phone in. The cable needed for most phones is the mini USB which is actually used with most digital camera for the same purpose. Let me know how it goes.
