Check the Camera Manual
The usual way is to put card in and using the menual tranfer from internal to card.
The computer should also pick up the camera as an external drive.

Sending photos to sim card

if you are trying to move photos from old sim card use cloud storage . like https://www.google.com.au/drive/
and move pictures from old sim to gdrive via wi fi then put in new sim and download photos back from gdrive via wi fi.'
Jess is also on the right track
the internal memory on the sim is tiny if old photos are on sim card. google your model number and make of phone with the word specs to find out how big external sd ram can be in your phone .

How do I remove photos I have saved on my phone - NOT as a screen saver

Many phones utilize a Micro SD Card which can be upgraded to a larger size. If you don't have this option on your phone then you will have to remove some of the apps and pictures and messages that you have using up your internal memory. You can also use the space on your sim card as storage. Make sure your phone is set to automatically use any available memory and not set to just SIM or just internal or just SD card.

PROBLEM WITH DIGITAL CONCEPTS SIM CARD READER CR-75P

If your photos are stored on the memory card, then removethe memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader.Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of yourworking computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device oran external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card andcopy the photos to your computer.A memory card reader is a handy device and are inexpensive. You can copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos offyour memory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing anyprograms.

How do i access the photos stored in the internal memory, not on the memory card?

If you remove the memory card, the camera will show you the photos stored in internal memory and allow you to delete them.

If you want to copy the pictures from internal memory to a memory card, put in a memory card and then select "Copy" from the Playback menu.

What happens if you press the shutter button on your camera and you have no memory card installed will you break the camera

According to the manual your camera does have an internal memory, so shooting with no SD card installed will simply result in internal photo storage. Using the camera's MENU you can select or deselect the option to "Shoot w/o card." Selecting ON will store photos in the internal memory, while OFF will divert all photos to the card. Attempting to shoot with the option OFF and no card installed will prevent the camera from taking photos and display a message. I could not find information on the number of photos that can be stored on the internal memory.

Photos are being stored in the camera memory instead of the card

Once the memory card is inserted correctly the camera will store photos on the memory card, if it is removed, the camera will store photos on the internal memory.
