The procedure is rather non-intuitive, as you have to press CANCEL to set the clock.

From the ZIP931 manual:

Setting the Clock

1. Touch CLOCK
2. Touch CANCEL
3. Enter the time
4. Touch CLOCK again

PMG!!! I called GE and was told that changing the light bulb is not a consumer replaceable part!!! Are you kidding me!! She told me I had to have a GE tech come out. Makes you want to buy GE appliacnces, right!

Sounds like you have a bad membrane keypad.

I would say your keypad is shorting or there is corrosion, grease, or moisture on your control board.

If it's less than one year old, it should be fully covered under warranty. I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer to get it fixed free.
