When you plug it in to the USB of your computer wait a minute or two and then a few selections will show. Choose the "Folder"icon and it will take you to a few folders. Click on the music folder and then delete or add on songs from there.

When I put music on my spi mp3 video player, the songs say "unknown format" and wont play???

the music format won't be acceptable by the player

I was trying to upload some new music for my friend on her NEXTAR MP3 player. It was full, so I deleted her old music, and put the new music on. All seemed fine until I tried to listen. Now when I turn...

Make sure the songs are in the right format (and that they didn't come from Limewire or Morpheus). Reformat the player to wipe all of the songs off there at once.

Up loading new songs taking old off

Just need to plug the player in your USB port and computer will detect it as a additional drive. You just need to copy paste the new music files and delete the existing music files

How can I take music off and put new music on

The music that is on any mp3 player is a copy of what you have stored in the library of your computer music software so if you want to delete a song from your mp3 player you have to delete it on the computer then syncronise. This is the same if you want new music, you have to add to your library first. You cannot delete music using any of the controls on the actual mp3 player.

Can Download New Music

The "My Selections" playlist? You have to delete the entire playlist. Or do you just want to get rid of old music on it? It's a plug and play device (on XP at least) and you can delete what you don't want from there.

How do i delete old music

Ok well usually the MP3 player will show up as a "Drive" in My Computer & as such one may cut, copy, & paste as usual within windows, so.. usually, ya right click the "Drive" and select explore.. then find the Music file(s) you wish, right click it, and select delete. To copy a file.. ya can simply cut & paste to the MP3 player.
