The most difficult part will be to buy a new screen. I guess here are list of phone repair shops, that could do the job, but buying spare parts from Kodak is a challenge.

How difficult is it to change a water pump on a c15 cat engine?

Get a factory repair manual, read the repair instructions, determine if your level of skill is suited for the job, if you decide to do the job, when you finish the work you can than answer how hard it was for you.

To expect someone who does not now your level of skill to determine if you can do it is not a reasonable question.

I had to replace the rope on my Mantis and cant figure out how to get the spring back in , Help ??

This can be a difficult job for the inexperienced. It can also be potentially dangerous if the spring pops out while you are trying to install it. My advice. Take it to a small engine repair shop and save yourself the headache. Cost should not exceed $20.00.

2000 Chevrolet Venture - How hard is it to replace the front hubs

not too bad a job, the hubs are sealed bearing units and replace in one piece. The stabilizer is a cinch just get both front wheels the same height off the ground, so the bar will be unloaded, and un bolt it.

This is a job best left to a shop, the exhaust must be removed, and to do that without a rack is very difficult.

What to pay for a 35,000 mile checkup

The problem is that the shop charges is based on what they call "book rate". It's an actual labor guide that determines how long a job takes. They are not supposed to "add" hours if they go over the amount of hours allowed to do a particular job. Based on this labor guide, the shop will multiply the amount of hours a job SHOULD take by the shop's labor rate and this is the amount billed to a customer. For example, if a water pump replacement shows in the labor guide takes 2.0 hours, multiply by $75.00(this would be the shop's labor hourly rate) the amount for labor billed to customer is $150.00. Do some shopping around and you'll find out who would have the most reasonable shop rate for your particular job.
