Every button I hit displays "the key is locked" on the upper left hand side of the screen. I have the PDM 1058 model. I have only used this player approximately 15 times. I have the hold button on the left side away from me and not in the hold position. I haven't set any controls to lock the buttons in the menu. This problem has been coming and going until just recently. Now it is completely locked. Thanks for your help.

The "Hold" button on the left side of the console is most likely in the locked position. Slide it away from you and you should be able to use all the buttons.

Remote control has stopped working. Have tried changing the battery of the remote control but that did not work.

Does the red light on the remote light up when you push any of the button
if no, replace remote
if yes, then try repograming the remote to the car again.
-Have remotes' ready. if you have two then fob#1 and fob#2 (doesn't matter which one is #1 or #2)
-each step has to be done within 5 sec or it will not work, but don't do it super fast.
1.turn key just to the "on" position (not starting) and push "lock button " on fob#1 once and release
2.turn key off
3.turn key just to the "on" position (not starting)and push "lock button " on fob#1 once and release
4.turn key off
5.turn key just to the "on" position (not starting)and push "lock button " on fob#1 once and release
6turn key off
7.turn key just to the "on" position (not starting) and push "lock button " on fob#1 twice (if you only have one fob, then stop here and go to step 8)and push the "lock button" on fob#2 twice.
8.turn key off and remove key from ignition.
if you did it right, remotes' should work again.
good luck

Both key fobs for honda pilot 2006 no longer works. Do I need new keys or is it something internal such as a fuse?

My TGE player says LOCKED. How do I get it

I found that when the 'Hold' button on the side of the player is pushed to the middle position, a picture of a lock appears in the window just above the picture of the battery level. Pull that Hold button back and the lock disappears.

The e in the 'C on e' message is nothing. the 'C on' means that the child lock is on. To turn the child lock off simply press the 'Quick Wash'and 'Anti-creasing' function buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The display will show 'C off' you can then change your programs or cancel the wash altogether by pushing the start/pause button for 3 secs. Hope this helped!

Cannot close disc tray

The dealer lock feature was intended to prevent theft of discs when on display at the retail location. To shut it off, you press and hold the "stop" button on the front panel of the player. While holding that, simultaneously press the "power" button on the remote control. You can release both buttons now. A message will say "dealer lock off" and now you can eject the disc.
