THIS STILL SOUNDS LIKE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM TO ME, CHECK THE BREAKER THIS WILL BE A 220 BREAKER A 40 AMP DOUBLE POLE BREAKER MAKE SURE YOU HAVE 110 VOLTS ON EITHER SIDE GOING TO DRYER. AND THAT YOU HAVE THE 220 TO THE DRYER IT SELF, CHECK THE ELECTRICAL AND LET ME KNOW WE WILL GO FROM THERE IF THIS IS NOT THE PROBLEN YOU CAN GET A CHEAP 0 METER FROM RADIO SHCK TO CHECK THE VOLTAGE THKS LARRY
Hi! debby1114 and sydver I can imagine why several people are have similar problem, lets start with the basics and check the voltage at the wall recepticle. If this is the HE4 units made by Whirlpool for Kenmore, the first three digits of the model number could be 110. Let me know if you have had the power at the wall checked, and the breaker. This looks like a power problem to me.
