No power to tv. When i press the power button i only get a blinking green light then it stops and the blinking red light for lamp flashes and keeps flashing

You need to replace your lamp. Also check power supply and ballast board. Most of the time if you replace the lamp it will come back up. After replacing the lamp you will need original remote to reset lamp hours.

My screen is black but i ges sound then the red

Have you checked that the lamp is working? If the lamp hours are too high, then the television will no longer function until the lamp is replaced and the counter reset.

When you have replaced the lamp, do this process to reset the timer:

1) Press the Menu button
2) Scroll down to the LAMP TIMER RESET option, scroll right to enter
3) Confirm that it is OK to reset the lamp timer by hitting the OK button.
4) The on-screen menu should confirm the lamp was reset correctly.

Infocus 4805 blinking red light problem

My first questions is:

Is this the first lamp you have placed into your Infocus pj? If not, did you reset the hours when you did it last time? Otherwise that can also confuse the projectors internal system thinking there is NOT a new lamp in there and there for make it stop working once the clock hours are expired and over the 3000-6000 suggested hour life.

Let me know so I can help trouble shoot other possible problems.
