Hi this is kamal pls follow these steps:

Problem solved. Used Windows Install clean-up on Reader 9 files, then uninstalled Flash and Acrobat Standard 6, installed IE8 and Reader 9.0 (from files already in desktop folder). Then upgraded to 9.1. What a pain, but it works now.

Make sure you have backups of system.
Make a backup of the Registry, too.

Try using Revo Uninstaller - download from cnet is -
http://download.cnet.com/Revo-Uninstaller/3000-2096_4-10775399.html

You will have to install Revo onto your system to use it - it has been the most complete uninstaller I have used. Pay extra attention to the selections offered when you get to the regestry section It can be a little confusing at first - but the list they give you, of registry entries, to be removed are only the ones for the program you selected.

It should be with the install disk. If not, then you'll need to contact Adobe.

SOURCE: Can't click Accept in Software License Agreement dialog box in Ad

This is a simple work around, but it worked for me. Create a new user and make that account the Administrator. Log in with the new account an then run Adobe and click Accept. Some reason this worked for me. Good Luck.

Ensure that you only have one version of Adobe Acrobat installed. I've found that often enough, if Reader and the full version of Acrobat are installed at the same time, it can cause problems like these.

If that is the case, try uninstalling Reader, so that only Acrobat Standard remains.

While using Adobe Acrobat sometimes my screen turns into unreadable characters. Am using windows 7 and Adobe 9. Any suggestions. Does not happen all the time.

I would try to do a repair install on Adobe Acrobat 9. To do this, open your start menu and type "appwiz.cpl" and press enter. This will open the Add/Remove Programs. From there, find Adobe in the listing and hit Uninstall/Change.
Next follow the Install Wizard to Repair. This may take awhile and if files are severely damaged, it may request access to the Adobe installer or disc.
This resolves a lot of strange errors with the software.

I uninstalled the previous flash player, but am still unable to download successfully flash player 9 or 10. What is the problem?

Adobe has created its own version of a program to uninstall Flash Player, because others have experienced this issue as well.

http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

First, make sure all other apps are closed... you may want to be sure by launching task manager and closing apps or stopping processes that aren't needed.

Uninstall and then download the latest version. Be sure you have Admin priviledges when you install.
