you might have copied the shortcuts alone instead of copying the whole music files into the player.for e.g if you have gone through the following sequence start>recent items>right click on the file>removable disc then only the shortcuts alone would have been pasted in your player.please go to the folder containing music files and the copy them to send it to the player. else the best way is to synchronize the player with the computer using music software like real player or windows media player etc.you can learn about this in the help (press f1) in the software to know more about it. P.S: please format you player before doing the above actions.thanks
Connect your Portable Audio Player to the computer using the provided USB cable.
Open Windows Explorer; your player will appear as a Removable Disk drive type. Double-click on that drive.
In the MP3FM folder, double-click on the Mp3FileManager.exe file. The MP3 File Manager will now launch.
The first time you launch the MP3 File Manager, both this operation instruction window and the MP3 File Manager window will open. Close the operation instruction window.
You are ready to use MP3 File Manager!
Note: When MP3 File Manager is in use, press the F1 key to display the operation instruction window. Unless you uncheck the box in the lower part of the operation instruction window, the operation instructions will be displayed every time you launch MP3 File Manager.
Hi the problem your having is going to be that the data you put onto the device is the wrong format if all your music is in one file on your computer then what you can do is using a search engine type in change format or convert format you will find their is loads of programmes on the net that will do this and most dont charge so find a free one and then change the format of your files from whatever they are and convert them to mp3 files then download tham onto your mp3 player you should then have no problems. You will need to format the mp3 before putting anything else onto it let me know if you need further assistance ok
Here is the link to the user guide if you need it;
page 18 explains how to access the repeat menu and the options available - yes you should have a shuffle feature, if you can't access it using this procedure then there would seem to be something wrong with the player - please post again if you have no luck
Hope this helps :)
