If you are upgrading from another phone, please check to see if you have the "Vision" package, or the "Power Vision" package

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Please follow the mentioned step to check if the Wireless card is installed properly

Certain times of day, cell phone traffic is at its busiest. This error message occurs during these times when the network is unable accept more traffic. Try again in little while and it should work. :)

Hi, I have a Smasung sph-m500 phone and everytime I call my cellphone from another phone, it kicks me right away in the Voice message system without rigning. I look at all the functions that could...

OK I found it... It had to do with the itinerance function that was in EVDO mode (allows to connect on the internet...). It seems like it was giving priority to the internet connection instead of the calls (How stupid is that..... it's a fu@&%$ phone not a computer). Anyway, thanks for reading.

Cheers!

Network busy/error 2048

I had the same problem with my old phone the Samsung A660. After 45 minutes on phone with Bell Mobility tech support (which did nothing to cure the problem) I fiddled around with the settings abit, and found there is a setting for something called NAM1 and NAM2. I changed it to NAM1 and I was able to access the browser again! I'm not sure though if the U740 has this NAM1 and NAM2 setting. This what to did for the A660:

  • Press MENU
  • Scroll to (7) SETTINGS, Press OK
  • Scroll to (8) OTHERS, Press OK
  • Scroll to (5) SET NAM
  • Press OK

    Options:
    NAM 1
    NAM 2
  • Scroll to option, Press OK to set
