A Radio Shack type electronics store is a sure thing. Priced at $10-15.00.

But on your way, if you pass a GoodWill type second hand store, they usually have plenty of transformers of this type priced at about $2.00.

first check your sparks plug, if it was never replaced it needs it. next check your air filter, if its clogged and dirty it needs cleaning. let me know if you have any questions about my answer or if these arent the problems, thanks

How long was the machine on without water in it? The thermostat or heating element most likely burned out, so unfortunately you may be stuck with a total loss here :(
