Try a original or another ganeric,sometimes the generic don't work at all. Original is the best and you get less copies out of a generic.

The washer is leaving a dark stain on all of my white clothes

the dark stains are caused by mold build up on the boot of the washer, the e70 may be a pump error. you need to wet a cloth with bleach and then wipe of the mold builldup on the boot, this should solve that problem.

Not good! It sounds like you have a bad scanner assembly. Make a copy of something and you probably will see the same result.

Outdoor pictures are very light, no color with horizontal bands. The indoor pictures are spotty, some ok, others blurry, some with the banding but there is color

.try xperimenting with diff pc settings wen shooting outdoors...also chk the white balance settings/////focus the camera on the object u want to appear white and "ok" it....chk the iso settings for light sensitivity....if all dis dusnt wrk ...theres a prob wuid ur ccd sensor..and can be repaired only by the service centre.
