If you have changed the motor, I assume that the RPM is the same as the motor you have removed.?
Check the rotation of the new motor, if you have it turning in the wrong direction, it does not matter how fast it turns, it will not send enough air across the evaporator and condenser coils.
Also, if you have changed the motor, you should also change the run capacitor for the power motor.
Hope this info has helped you.

Did you replace the capacitor, if not, is it the same mfd and volts for the new motor?
Anytime you replace a motor you should replace the capacitor they don't last as long as they used to and they are inexpensive, a couple of bucks.
If the capacitor is good then most new motors now have the wiring connectiions on the motor, you might check to see if the new motor wires the same as the old motor.

Check the blower motor capicator. It should be mounted close to the motor with 2 wires to it (brown,brown/white).
Turn the blower on the thermostat and spin the squirrel cage by hand and see if it runs after by itself. If it does then definitely the capicator is bad .If it still doesn't run then check to see if there is voltage going to motor.
If thermostat is calling for fan and there is voltage present at the motor terminal then the motor is bad

I wired up my replacement fasco motor for my condenser fan and it ran for maybe 30 mins and shut down. It was very hot and wouldn't come back on until it cooled down. I wired it like the dealer told me,...

Tough to answer without more information. Most likely the speed of the motor is too fast for the fan which causes unnecessary load on the motor causing it to overheat and shut off. Likewise the motor could be underpowered causing the same thing. I would bank on speed. The squirrel cage blowers have speed limits and won't go any faster regardless of how fast the motor can turn. Check the speed rating on the old motor and compair it to the new one.

I have a goodman gmnt 100 b furnace 2 stage when the gave valve turns on and floods the heat exchanger with flame then the squirl cage fan turns on and i loose the the flame

If you are getting flame distortion when the blower comes on it usually means a cracked heat exchanger which can lead to carbon monoxide, get your furnace checked by a qualified tech..

Blower motor makig noise like its hitting

You must remove the motor to inspect for bent squirl cage (fan) for damage .your heating issue is seperate from the noise.you could have a bad thermostat check your temp gauge if its at least half way up to 200 degrees thermostat is ok then you will have to check heater core hoses for flow in and out to make sure they are hot. if all check out look at blend air doors make sure they operate.

I want to clean the squirl cage fan on my Carrier handler. It's 12 years old and never really been cleaned. What is the best cleaning procedure to maximize its efficiency.

The best way to really clean the squirrel cage is to remove the entire indoor blower motor housing assembly out of the furnace then remove the squirrel cage from the motor shaft and pressure wash the squirrel cage. Make sure you don't use to much water pressure as you might knock off any balancing weights that may be attached to the one or more of the vanes. Make sure the cage is completely dry before you re-install it back on the motor shaft.

You probably have a shorted starting capacitor. Unless you are familiar with this kind of electrical repair, you should leave this to a professional.

Whwn i turn the heat all the way up loud clicking noise if turned lower noise stops what could this be notfan

I think your talking about the heater fan? If you hear more noise as you increase the blower speed, there is something in the squirl cage or a problem with the blower motor itself. Leaves, paper or something lite on the pass side floor, it will get sucked into the recirculation duct, causing a noise.Remove the blower motor and clean out any debris, and inspect the squirl cage and turn the motor by hand to see if you hear any noise

Ac blows harder on norm than max (recurc)

There could be a recirculation vent door, stuck,or the blower motor is bad.Hard to tell .Not being there it is hard to diagnose. But it does sound like both of these symptoms,so I know what to tell you .Maybe more information would help,I don`t know.Rmove the blower motor and inspect it for broken,or cracked fan cage(squirrel cage fan). Also check motor for abnormal play(side to side movement).Hook fan up to battery and see if it runs fast and not vibrating,or noisy.I hope I was some help,If I can help, let me know.
