Hi,

With the washer plugged in and all indicator lights off, select any key except power, start and stop.
Press hold for 3 seconds, release for 3 seconds, press hold for 3 seconds, release for 3 seconds, press hold for 3 seconds. If you did it right all indicators will light and 88 will appear in the display. If there are any faults, they will then display, look for a F-60 through 68. This will confirm the board is corrupt. If no faults are found the machine will go through a five minute automatic test cycle.

If it continues through the test mode stop/cancel should stop it from going through the test code.

In brief, it's an issue with Control Board and more likely you need to replace it.

Let me know, if need further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

Hi
F1 code = Primary Control Failure. Replace the machine/motor control assembly. If you use a screw driver in front of the machine to open the top you will find a repair manual on the inside of the front panel.
The F1 error code indicates that the signal from the water level pressure switch on the machine control board is out of the normal range. This can be caused by the pressure hose between the bottom of the tub and the pressure switch being pinched, twisted or kinked. If this pressure hose is okay, then the machine control board will need to be replaced to correct this problem.
The F1 error code on this washer indicates a Primary Control Board failure. It is likely that the machine control board will need to be replaced to correct this problem.
There is a slight possibility that a problem with the pressure switch hose could be causing this problem. A pinched or twisted air hose can cause this fault code. When you open the console, check the air hose connected to the pressure switch on the machine control board. If it is pinched or crimped, Its recommended to rerouting the hose to resolve this problem. This may fix your problem without replacing the control board. NOTE: You may want to check for this condition before ordering the control board. Most electronic control boards cannot be returned for a refund or credit.
If you find no apparent problems with the air hose on the pressure switch, then replacing the machine control board on this washer should correct your problem. There is a risk involved in replacing this part yourself. As noted above, you could have a problem with the air pressure hose that is not apparent upon your initial inspection. A service technician would normally need to properly and thoroughly diagnose this problem before replacing the control board.

NOTE: Be sure to unplug the washer to disconnect electrical power before accessing internal components.

Loud noise during the spin cycle

Did you have an oil leak at the bottom of the washer? If yes, chances are your transmission oil leaked and your transmission needs changing or repairing.

I have a kenmore elite total care flex king size capacity plus quiet pak2 oasis that makes loud noises like a airplane when its in the spin cycle Model #110.28032701 which parts should be change?

If the washer is roaring during spin, the bearings are bad and you will need to replace the outer tub assembly.
Here is the part to order.

The part comes with a 365 day, any part, any reason return.

Kenmore Elite Oasis HT makes loud noises during spin cycle.

The tub may be unbalanced and wobbling. This may be due to washing heavy items such as rugs, towels, etc. If it is noisy with regular laundry loads, the mechanism that supports the tub may be loose or broken.
