Philips magnavox model 25ts54 c122.

I was wondering if you can tell me what part needs to be changed on my TV. At first I was not getting anything so I changed C506 and D445. Now it will turn on for about 10-15 seconds with a pink line across the middle and it powers off.

Hi there, you do have a power supply section problem, check the bleeder resistor which is 100K ohms or up. do some test. ty

I bought a 1995 magnavox at pawn shop today and a attenna but tv wont let me select vhs/uhf attenna mode so the tv just snowy do you know how i can get it onto vhs/uhf mode. I believe this is a phillips...

This would be VHS only that i know of if you do not have a remote to switch to the other side is what you need its available at www.remotes.com but I beleave this is VHS only. thanks

Television won't turn on

Sounds like a power supply problem, you'll have to take it to a repair shop to fix that unless you know electronics. Good luck.

Philips model HD2528-C122 value for capacitor C506?

I could still make out 68 over 2kv on the burnt capacitor. Replaced with a 680 pf 2kv that I bought at a local TV repair shop. works great.

on that tv you have to check just for circuit of high voltage - check
transistor near flyback transformer - delfo

and all bad connects......+ replace 47mf/25v cap in horiz drive circuit................T.
