I have downloaded songs to my mp3 player but it says

Hi creer_mariah
Sounds to me like you have the wrong format for the songs to play properly on your MP3 player.
Your player only supports MP3 and WMA type audio files (non-encrypted).
You may have to change the format of your songs to play on your MP3 player.
If you have to change format of the audio files, you can download a FREE format converter at this page:

The music playing through the mp3 player is only the background music of each track. i have changed ear phones, deleted and put the music on again and nothing is working, its been like that since i bought...

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

I can not figure out how to download music from a disc to my mp3

easiest thing to do is to open up media player then update it

then click arrow under options
then more options

then under rip music tab
make sure add music protection is disabled and change the format to mp3 by clicking on it
then click apply then ok
then insert cd into pc then click on rip
it will rip all music to mp3 format into your music folder under

C:\Documents and Settings\andrew\My Documents\My Music

then just drag and frop in into mp3 player under my computer unless you have an ipod then you need to use itunes to add music

please give more information when asking questions its a bit vaque
