Help! The machine gets boiling but nothing comes out of the Espresso Nozzle, It does start to drip, but it takes Forever to do that. I've Decalcified it several times with 50/50 water/Vinegar. Any other tips? I've only had it a year! And got it for a christmas gift. Please help.

It boils water, but why doesn't it brew?

Maybe its full with lime inside ?

If it was too long ago that the machine was decalcified, he may one day and night stand with a strong descaling.

My francis Francis X1 constantly drips water from the steam wand. i've decalcified and decalcified. Any help??

The problem is with the two O ring which are on the steam knob srew. So you need to disasemble the steam knob srew by turning it all the way reverse. On the srew axis you will find two O rings which must replace. You can fint easy replacements O ring from DIY shop they usuly have O ring kits with diferent sizes so take one with youto match it with that of the shop.

Drips slowly, no pressure; already decalcified; without coffee it cycles water, but not with.

The shower screen underneath is probably clogged with grime, remove screw and clean under there. See if water comes through with screen removed.

The frother does not work. I cleaned and decalcified the reservoir but frother still not working

Try this, turn on the frother andtouch the steam wand if it is hot then the end nozzle is blocked, use a paperclip to clear. If it is not hot then open top panel to make sure thermostats are not tripped.

Water pump in Saeco Magic Deluxe

If you haven't cleaned the brew group, or decalcified the unit I would start there. This is something I do every 4 to 6 months (or anytime I notice the flow of coffee to start to slow down). This normally restores the flow to the original flow level. If you have already done these things you may want to give Saeco support a call and see what they suggest. They are extremely helpful, although very difficult to get on the phone as the phone system they use is horrible and hangs up after you hold more than a certain amount of time.

Steamed milk

I just had this same problem and solved it.  It was due to a very small amount of milk residue on the inside of the black frothing unit (the one with the dial which lets you choose foam or no foam).  Grip the dial firmly and pull it out while twisting. It may take a few seconds to twist and pull it out.  I had a very small spec of milk residue in one of the crevices on this piece.  Quick clean with a toothpick and plenty of hot water, reassembled, and it works perfectly.  Hope this helps someone.
