Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
There is a problem in the fuser area of the copier. For some reason the fuser is not heating to the proper temperature. There are several possible causes such as a failing/failed thermistor (this is a heat sensor device that monitors the fuser's temperature) or a thermal switch (this is a device that, based on the current value of the thermistor, either turns on the heating unit or turns off the heating unit) or the heating element itself could be bad, etc etc etc
Unless you are a technician with extensive Xerox experience I will advise you to contact Xerox about tech support.
