Question about Intermatic & Indoor/Outdoor Rain Tight Timer

T104-50 clock not working

I have a T104-50 which switches a swimming pool pump on once a day. We had a power cut recently and since then the Clock is not working. There's definitely power getting to the timer as the manual switch will operate the pump - is it faulty, is there anything I can do to verify one way or another?

Mechanical Pool Pump timer. The clock is not working. I can turn my pump on manually but when I set the time the clock remains at the same time and does not move.

The timer wiring provides power for the clock itself. If it is incorrectly wired or if the clock is not working, the pump will not turn on.

My pool guy had turned off the remote feature of the gas pool water heater. I have held the 3 buttons and now it says press clock ( clk) and the top right flashes service. How do I get back into remote...

The clock indicator means the firemans switch is open. If you are running the heater remotely and thru a time clock the time clock is still off. Turn all the equipment on including the timer and you should be able to put the heater into remote mode.

If you still have trouble, please comment with your actual model and serial number from inside the heater.

Dayton mfg time switch for pool pump no info on the switch, model no or anything other than mfg. 240 V to a GFI to a throw switsh to the pump motor.Switch is 5 pole (A,1,2,3,4) How do I wire this properly...

I don't know about your GFI, but it probally wires off one of the hot leads.
As for the others two come in (line) and two go out (load) The two that come in will hook to the two leads that have seperate leads running to the clock motor as this needs power all the time. These are probally small wires that come off the main terminals and go behind the clock wich is where you will find the clock motor.
The leads going to the pool motor will hook to the other two terminals.
Your last terminal is probally a ground.
If you take the gut to a pool store they can probally match it. Home Depot or the like will have to many other types to match.
The new one will have instructions and a sticker for your door on the clock for future reference.
Hope this helps, good luck.

Swimming pool time clock face doesn't move

The timer has internal switches that you connect the input and output to . That is the NO, C , NC set of contacts. It also has a set of terminals for the clock, usually the first terminals on the left. Before connecting a feed to the clock, confirm the voltage rating for the timer. the clock voltage may be different than the contact voltage.

Clock does not turn on

make sure the small white wires coming from the clock itself are installed on the "line" side of the terminals, those power the clock. If not, the switch will power the pump but the clock will not run.

Once T101 Timer Shuts Off will not turn back on

you have the hot and load reversed. the power source should connect to terminal 1. the wire going on to the pool pump should be hooked to terminal 2.

the clock motor is powered off terminal 1 and A is the neutral.

what u have done is hooked the power source to #2 and the load to #1, simply switch them and everything should be fine, here is a link to the wiring diagram for the timer.

Clock not working

the white wires that come from the clock need to be connected to both of the "line" terminals. If you have them connected to the "load" side, it will cut power to the clock once it turns off and it won't turn on again... hope this helps...
