- I had a similar problem after a few years of relatively light use. The problem was with one of the main gears in the gear box. The counter bore in it's guide bushing wore out and elongated allowing the gear to slip. I pulled apart the assembly, removed and re-installed the bushing rotating it 180 degrees. It was working fine for a whlie but the same problem is showing up again.I think this guide bushing needs to be made of a more durable mateial. - Guest
