My dango watch second hand stops some time

If your Dango watch's second hand stops intermittently, there are a few things that could be causing the issue. Here are some possible reasons and solutions:

1. Low Battery: If the battery in your watch is running low, it could cause the second hand to stop. You may need to replace the battery in your watch. Check your watch's manual or take it to a watch repair shop to have the battery replaced.
2. Dirt or Debris: Dirt or debris can get inside your watch and cause the gears to stop moving properly. If this is the case, you may need to have your watch cleaned and serviced by a professional watch repair person.
3. Loose Second Hand: If the second hand on your watch is loose, it could cause it to stop intermittently. A loose second hand can be caused by a damaged pinion or cannon pinion. You may need to take your watch to a professional watch repair person to have it fixed.
4. Magnetic Interference: Magnetic fields can interfere with the movement of the gears inside a watch, causing it to stop or run erratically. If you have been around strong magnets or electronic devices, it could be causing the issue. Try moving your watch away from these devices to see if that helps.
5. Mechanical Issue: There may be a mechanical issue with your watch's movement that is causing the second hand to stop. This can be caused by a worn out gear or other component. You may need to take your watch to a professional watch repair person to have it fixed.

I have replaced battery on my tag heuer 200m professional but it keeps stopping. It will run perfectly for a few minutes or hours then stops. If I unscrew the back case it seems to run ok, bad connection...

did you try installing an other battery ,sometimes batteries are no good.
But your problem can be several things, including battery, or installation of battery not done properly.
Another issue might be that the watch hands have moved and are bumping into each other and stopping the watch from moving. Check the hands and see if they are touching when you turn the crown.
Another issue might be that your movement might be dusty or dirty and will need to be cleaned out. It happens and depending on the age its another likely cause.
Those are the easy fixes and most common causes.
Other issues involving taking the watch apart or fixing / replacing the coil spring.

I have the Niki Oregon Series watch WA0019-001 and i rplaced the battery myslf because it stopped working. There was difficuly opening the back, and after replacing the battery, the watch will work...

There are sometimes hidden dangers in replacing batteries which is probably why most makers recommend professionals to do the job.

You seem to have had some success but it sounds as if there is an intermittant contact with the battery. If you feel that you can remove the back again, try removing the battery, cleaning it with surgical spirit (to remove any grease that is naturally on fingers) and replace it.

As an engineer, I would expect that a screw on back should go on easily until it reaches the end of travel, when it will tighten. If it is stiff all the way, they you may have crossed the thread and damaged it. Never apply a large force at the start of screing the back on, as the threads are quite fine and may be easily damaged.

If after trying again, you still have the problem, then go to a watch repairer and discuss what you have done and the problem you are having.

Take care.

Good luck.

I HAVE A LUMINOX 3100 I THINK IT LOOSES TIME IS THIS A SIMPLE FIX?

If any battery operated watch starts losing time or displaying the incorrect time, this is usually indicative of a battery going bad and needing replacement. My Luminox 3100 started lagging in time and I noticed that the second hand would intermittently stop. I also have a Suunto Vector (Digital) wrist-top computer and the times along with the compass, altimeter, light and alarms all started to act crazy and all it happened to be was the battery being run down. Coincidentally the Suunto has a battery gage that only appears and flashes during low battery charge.
BL: Try the simplest thing first, change your battery. Please be very careful not to break the O-ring on any watch that's waterproof/resistant as this will render the protection useless. Also if your watch is still under a manufacturer or vendor's additional warranty, get them to change it as not to void your warranty. 'Hope this helps!

My watch just stopped working, i take get care of it, never even wet...is it worth trying to fix, its only about 2 years old

It definitely is worth to fix. But I suspect that all you need is just a battery replacement. Don't forget, that before you purchased your watch, it was laying on dealers shelf for no one knows how long. Battery originally is fitted at Tag Heuer's workshop in Switzerland, and nobody was replacing battery when you bought the watch, so, it may have been in the watch for a year or even more before watch was sold to you.

Guess Watch's stop watch is broken?

it's not broken.

let's call the top stopwatch button "a" and the bottom stopwatch button "b." eg, for normal stop watch function press "a" to start timing, press "a" to stop timing, and press "b" to reset.

to reset: press button "a" and "b" simultaneously and release (an easy way to do this is press and hold down "b" then press "a" and release both). this will send both hands spinning. next press "a" intermittently until the second-hand is back to it's desired reset location. then, likewise, press "b" intermittently until the minute hand is zeroed. now with both hands at the correct reset location, again press and release "a" and "b" simultaneously to save these resets and return the watch to normal function mode.
