When I receive a new picture mail from someone, there is no way to save it to my treo 755. On my old 650, all I had to do was tap on the picture and "save picture" appeared. Even though the 755 instructions say the same thing, nothing happens when you tap on the picture. anyone got an answer?

some network providers dont provide object push which prevents the pictures from getting pushed to your mobile , but they will send the link to download the picture , report the problem to your network provider.
Have you installed any additional programs? If so, it may be those (the old software/hardware, who's at fault problem). If you have not installed any new programs, or you delete all of them and still have the same problem, Sprint should not give you a hard time replacing the phone.
My phone has some problems with occasional re-starting, but it happens when I run a 3rd party software, so I can't blame that one on Palm/Sprint.
The 650 seems to have a delicate headphone/mic jack. Dropping the phone, even gently, seems mess up that jack. I returned my first treo 650 as defective, and got a new one. The same thing happened to my new 650 after I simply compressed the phone in my breast coat pocket by holding my mail against my chest.
I can't get a new one because the replacement treo comes with no warranty of any kind. :(
My advice would be to find a PDA/phone repair service to repair the jack or diagnose the problem if it turns out not to be the jack.
