Question about Computers & Internet
Our internet occassionally won't connect properly, even though my laptop says there is nothing wrong with the connection..it either says Thomson TG858V7 - Netwrok Error.. or Not Connected...your DSL connection is down. Verify your Thomson Gateway is correctly connected to your DSL. we check those things and everything seems fine so we dont understand why it isn't working properly.
Can you check if this happens without the router ? if you connect your modem directly does it still drop at times ?
If not , see if you can update the firmware of your router. that could help
