Question about Televison & Video
I have a Panasonic tv mod pc-29x92 wich has a vertical problem (horizontal line in the middle); If I change the vert. output chip LA-7836 will that solve the problem or is a capacitor in the vertical section defective? Thank you.
Yes there are 2 capacitors that are usually bad one they are both very close to the vertical output. one is a 100uF at 35Vor 25V and the other is usually a 220uF at 25 or 16V- Replace with 100uF at 50V and 220uF at 35V- and observe the polarity(+,- symbols on caps) before replacing.
