I found that my phone was set to synchronise all day, if you go into your email and go to settings and account settings and select 'when to synchronise' you can select a pre-determined time to update your mailbox. This stops the phone connecting all the time.
Does the system run normally otherwise? If you are able to boot to Windows ok, then you can check the Hardware/ESM Log in OpenManage. If you don't have OpenManage installed, you can download it from support.dell.com, under Drivers and Downloads - it is the OpenManage Server Administrator Managed Node. If the system does not boot to Windows, then please elaborate what the system is doing ... where does it stop? What is the last thing you see on the screen? Do you see any messages during POST?
in run windows type services.msc and click ok it will open services window in services there are many windows services are there choose dcom server process launcher just double click on it will open dcom server process launcher properties in that go to recovery tab and in recovery choose the option first failure set to restart the service instead of restarting the computer set to all three option second and subsequent failure. And apply it. Have a nice day and do not forget to rate please...!
try upgrading your ram, cpu (desktop or laptop?) shutdown any programs running in the 'back ground', especially anti-virus progs. they can slow the hell out of your system!! give it the 'three key salute!"- ctrl-alt-del- hit them all at the same time! keep trying 'til you get a list of running progs. shut down any you don't need running- be very careful!- there will be a menu bar at the top- read it and click on the various selections- one at a time- you see anything using a lot of ram that you don't think is important- shut it down! don't mess with any windows stuff, or you could crash your computer!! also- if you don't have any anti-virus or mal-ware progs. on your computer- install some and run them!! you may have a bunch of 'junk' messing with your os. i recommend a2 and spybots&d! free! google them and install- then update definitions- and do deep scan. may take a while, but you may be shocked at how much garbage is on your hd!! on spybots&d, make sure you run 'immunize' before you run a scan, that helps block **** that s&d has defs. for! you may need to run it more than once, until 'unprotected' shows 0. make sure it's spybots&d!! there's an 'almost' that googles up that you don't want!! you want spybot search & destroy! also- defrag your hd! click on start-then all progs.- then accessories- then 'clean up'- after that's done 'de-fragment' hd. may take a while, depending on when the last time was you de-fragged it- if ever! may get another big surprise!! have fun-good luck!
