Hi there, have you chanced internet provider ??

Some times you need a user name and code to internet connections, you can get this at your internet provider.
Do you use wireless connection ??

You can normally go to : Start - Control Panel - internet connections and on the icon there highlight it and ricght click on your mouse and from the menu choose: disconnect the connection and after reconnect the connection, that should solve the problem.

If not then you can try to use the menu repair on the same icon
