Problem for GE WBVH6240F Front Load Washer

We just replaced the shocks on a GE front loading

We just replaced the shocks on a GE front loading washer (one was broken)but now the machine is banging (sounds like against the back of machine) when in the spin cycle. Is something out of balance? What else should I look for?

Make sure both shock are tight.You could also check couterweights are ok....Could be drum/pulley hitting back of casing...
