We just replaced the shocks on a GE front loading washer (one was broken)but now the machine is banging (sounds like against the back of machine) when in the spin cycle. Is something out of balance? What else should I look for?

My GE front loading washer (model number WBVH6240FWW) is making a dry squeaking noise after replacing a failed drive belt. The old belt was found wrapped/jammed around the flywheel and there was evidence of where it had been rubbing against the plastic tub. I had to remove flywheel to get old belt off. After installing new belt I have this new noise problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My GE front load washer has been leaving loads soaking wet and i've been having to do an extra spin/drain cycle in order to put the load in the drier. I've recently started putting less clothes to try and prevent this but it's still happening. What can i do to fix this?
