a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Your smartchip apparently isn't active with your cellphone service company. Are you certain that the chip you have installed in the phone is the one that your cell service gave you currently? You mentioned putting minutes on your phone, so I'm assuming you have a pre-paid plan. You must have a smartchip that's specifically set up for that type of service.

Tips for a great answer:
If you are trying to use a SIM card in your phone and getting a message like "Enter Subsidy Code", "Incorrect SIM Card", "SIM not provisioned" or similar messages, then you need an unlock code for your mobile phone. You can get HTC Unlock Code from the network provider, they will verify the account holder information. You can check this HTC Unlock Code site, they will provide you an accurate code fast for the lowest price with easy to follow instructions on how to unlock your phone.
Hope this is helpful.
