when am try to get photocopy from kyocera KM 1500 display meter showing J-11, drum assembly and toner is new one

J11 is telling you that the copy paper has not fed from the 1st paper cassette under the machine.This may be due to incorrectly loaded paper,cassette requires adjusting or the feed roller requires cleaning.The feed roller sits in the machine and you will need to unplug the copier and remove the paper cassette to gain access,Clean the roller with lint free rag and spray and wipe.
