Question about HP PSC 1210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have a new laptop with Vista home basic installed. I have my previous HP PSC 1210 printer directly connected via USB. My printer is printing but not all items displayed are not printed, like the underlines and lines on the documents are not printed. I tried uninstalling and installing again and again the printer but still the problem persists. Can anyone here tell me how I can solve this problem? I also use corel draw and some graphics are not being printed. I checked with HP website on the driver updates for vista but they are saying that on vista this printer is readily recognized. Yes it is readily recognized, but everytime I plug it in it always installs the driver. Are these HP guys doing their job? The fact that HP is the most expensive printer in the market they should be paying enough to their support team to answer and deal with these problems.
