I download movies but so slow download more upload

Usually uploading speed will be slow in any type of connection.It is default.Uploading speed will be 1/4 fourth of downloading speed.So uploading speed won't increase more than that.If you fee your internet uploading speed is very slow,it is because of internet traffic.Try using internet in non traffic time.Also try to avoid many downloads at same.You can use latest browser for browsing.To check internet speed visit the site Scanmyspeed.com

Sounds like slow connection speed to me.

The problem could be any one of the things mentioned below.

1) It could be that you need more memory. Check you laptop to see what is the maximum amount of memory it will hold and if you can upgrade it to more then do it. Click Start/Control Panel and look for System or System and Performance. Click it and it will tell you how much memory you have. You can go to the website of: http://www.4allmemory.com to see what is the total capacity your computer will hold.

2) It could be that the site you war watching the movie from is experiencing heavy traffic or their site is just slow. When you watch a movie in your dvd player does it stall? If it does it's your computer and you need more memory or you might have a virus or infection that is causing it to be slow and freeze.

3) Some internet service providers have different line speeds and you might have a slow line speed. For example, AT&T sells different line speeds and if you purchase the low end (cheapest) then your download and upload speed will be very slow. If you are watching movies online then the streaming (downloading) to your computer could be impacted by the slow line speed.

hi Richard, I found that too, also, when the DVDs had finally burned they all ended early, mostly just half a second or so, sometimes they would only burn say 45 seconds, even though the timeline ( the blue line above the tracks in edit screen) was stretched way past the end. Also it wouldnt upload to You Tube. What we've done, my mate and I, weve downloaded Live Movie Maker, you go to Microsoft site and download , I cant remember, its either Windows Live essentials, its something essentials anyhow,you have to download the whole package but it downloaded easily. I just googled movie maker. the old Movie Maker wont work with Windows 7, but this new one does, we re did all 13 movies of our songs, using the Magix movies we had already made as reference, and they burn easliy to DVD and they upload to YouTube really easily too. We are using MP4 clips, and it accepts those too. We had so much trouble with Magix ive now deleted it altogether and will go on with WindowsLlive Movie maker.

Camera is required to shoot the movie but then to upload you might need to transfer your movies to a computer which must be linked to the internet. Now based on what site you need to upload , log in to the site- or UTUBE- and connect to the UPLOAD link to complete the process. Similarily you can download to the PC the required files.

What program are you using to download the pics? Is it the same program you are trying to download the videos to? It probably only handles still photos, not movies. You could use a card reader and download the videos to a folder you create on your desktop and then use a program like Windows Media player or something that came with your camera to watch them. Sending videos to others through e-mail is discouraged. They are extremely large files, take forever to upload, forever to download (especially if your friends have a dial-up connection), and some ISP's won't even permit the upload or download because of the size. To share, burn the videos to DVD and pass them out to friends or upload the videos to an online site that your friends can log onto.

uninstall it and go to http://www.filehippo.com and downloading the VLC player it plays everything

is it plugged into a usb 2.0 port ? ... vista was always slow for moving files if that is what you use.... there is an update or patch for that from microsoft.

did you upload it with a right type of video like avi, divx, vcd or dvd? if not then use a movie maker for uploading your video. if still unplayable try to download klite mega codec. it sure play all kinds of videos. hope that helps!
