Solution: Manually adjust color from the driver (Windows)

Manual Color Adjustment Follow the steps below to make fine adjustments to the color hue for the printed output. These settings will only make minor color adjustments. If more drastic color adjustment is necessary, use an image editing application.

  1. On the Windows desktop, click 'Start', point to 'Settings', then click 'Printers' (Windows XP: On the Start menu, click 'Printers and Faxes', Windows Vista Click / Select Start from the bottom left of the Windows screen, 'Control Panel', 'Hardware and Sound', and then click on 'Printers'.).

Note: If you are in 'Classic' view, Click 'Printers' directly from the 'Control Panel'.

  2. Windows 2000/XP/Vista: Right-click the printer icon, then click 'Printing Preferences'. Windows 98/Me: Right-click the printer icon, then click 'Properties'.

  3. On the Main tab, select 'Manual' for 'Color Adjustment.'

  4. On the Manual Color Adjustment screen, adjust each color individually to achieve the desired effect.

Note: This screen may vary depending on model.

When we print out a photo on the Epsom Stylus R300 the faces seem to have too much pink in them.

Right click on your printer in the control panel. In the window that pops up right click on the epsonR300 icon. Then click on printer preferences. From hear you can adjust your color levels. If this does not work, un install and re install the driver and software for the printer and if all this does not work try changing the ink cartridge. it may be defective. Hope this gets you up and printing with great color. If this helps you at all please take the time to rate it fixya. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
