You can contact Kenneth Cole for a replacement band but I am afraid the band is probably going to be alot more then the $65 for the clasp. I would honestly just replace the clasp unless the band is worn in which case I would do the band.

The watch should start when the winder is returned home position.
If pressing the winder does not cause the watch to start it could be that the winder may need to be screwed in (some watches include this as an additional feature to improve water resistance). Turn the winder to the right.
The wacth should now start. if it still does not start, I suggest you find your nearest dealer in your area and speak to them about it.
