I just got this phone 5 weeks ago form tmobile, any ways today i was bored and tryd to play the games then the screen went white and shut off, what should i do?
This problem is from both H/W & s/w . 1st ensure that ur phones S/W is ok. if not then flash it. If problem is still appearing then this is aproblem of UEM Ic by h/W

Its a problem from the system. Try re-updating the console... to the latest firmware... then try playing the game. If that does not work... call in the PSN
When you unintall Petz 5 you need to not save the petz, which is an option just before it starts uninstalling. Unistall, Then install it again, and run the game from My Computor, Petz, then play.

ok u need 2 take ur battery out and wait for 15 seconds before reinstalling ur battery.. if that dosent work then u need 2 take it back and recieve a new phone
