Reinstall and format ...save files...its bugged...specially if you know that its kinda new and can not be anything wrong with the ram memory
also you might need to upgrade the Ram memory if you are running programs that ask for large resources

Your windows partition should have at least 1GB empty space. More is welcome. If not try to remove the files & transfer them onto another partition. It is recommended not to put your data files on the windows partition. Remove all the files on the desktop & dump them in a separate folder on a partition. Remove any screensaver/ themes with animation that you are using. Keeping files on the desktop slows the laptop. De-fragment your hard disk. Right click on hard disk partitions. Goto disk cleanup. Select the files which are unwanted. Delete temporary internet files, cookies, history accessible from the browser's options. After carrying out these procedures your netbook shall be fast. If not, check your physical memory& the memory shown in system properties. If it does not match then you need to change your affected memory module.

After uninstalling antivirus my acer laptop has encountered by blue dump problem. there is no restoring points in safemode also. what i have to do?

You had to run the recovery disk which you got with your laptop .
if you don't have it you may call costumer support and ask for it.
if blue dump screen says beginning dump of physical memory.
uninstall av. and install any registry repair software eg.iolo system mechanic , regcure etc.

Registry file failure

Do a clean installation from CD rather than simply doing a system restore. There's less chance for something to go wrong with a clean installation. The Stop: c0000218 (registry file failure) error is typically associated with one of several things, depending on how far through the recovery process you made it before encountering the error.

Hi

files in system32\config\ are missing or corrupt.
there is a back up stored by default at c:\windows\repair
you can copy the contents of windows\repair folder into system32\config\ and it should solve the problem, you can do it with the windows installation cd by using the recovery console.

Go into the repair folder enter the following commands in repair console

cd windows (press enter)
cd repair (press enter)
copy *.* c:\windows\system32\config\ (press enter)

files should be copied

type exit, quit or restart or reboot to restart the computer.

Depending on what operating system you are using, I suggest repairing the operating system. For windows xp here is a guide that you can follow http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm.

For windows vista

Registry file failure

If the last suggestion i posted didn't work, you need to put in your Windows CD on boot up and when it asks if you want to repair or install press 'R' for repair, this should repair any damaged registry files and Windows files.
