Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have checked everything, I cleaned it, I cleaned the rollers, I uninstalled and reinstalled both the drivers and programs, yet the printer keeps telling me there's a paper jam, but there is NO PAPER JAM!!
Try This :
>Open the rear access door clean the rollers inside it with the help of a Lint free cloth moistened with some distilled water.
>Check inside the printer if there is any paper jammed inside.
>Unplug the power cable from the back of the computer
> Keep on tapping the power button of the printer
> Plug in back the power button.
> Try to do a photocopy and see if it works .
> Again unplug the power cable from the back of the printer . Press and hold down the (#) & (9) and then plug in back the power cable . Then release the (#) & (9) button.
> It will perform a reset . If still it doesn't work check the link given below :
Still if it doesn't works can contact HP for repair or Replacement
