Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
First you need to have a memory card (sony memory stick pro dou) at least 2gb capacity on the psp, then you will need a standar USB cord to transfer the data from/to PC/PSP, second your PSP needs to be modded (it means you need to upgrade/downgrade the firmwaire to a hacked one) and you will have tocopy the games, music, video, etc to the respective folders.
usually PSP no need a driver to work ones is plugged to the pc. if you have a really old psp go to www.playstaion.com click on the PSP tab , serach for the FAQ secttion and get the proper driver for your model of psp if need it

What you're actually tring to do is you like to play ISO files on your PSP via your SD card. This will depend, my friend, on the model of PSP you have. PSP1000 and PSP2000 were known to be modified in order for them play ISO file. This guy in YouTube shows how this was done.
However the newer version, PSP3000 is not yet fully hackable. A guy from the Philippines was able to this only by taking the processor chip of the PSP2000 and putting it to PSP3000.

The PSP can only connect to the internet through WIFI. You can ride around to find a hot spot, or go to an internet cafe'. I can go to the big sity nearby on main street and always pick up a hotspot. Run network connection to setup the wifi and connect. In your home you will need internet, and a router setup to broudcast Wifi. The USB port on your PSP is for loading up stuff like music Video and games. You could go online on your computer and go to www.playstation.com and download Music,Video, Wallpapers, Screenshots, and trial Games. Then hook up your PSP through the USB connection to load whatever you downloaded on your computer to the MagicGate Card in your PSP. WWW.Playstation.com also has the manual you can download under PSP and Support.
