Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Motorola krzr k1m stuck on vibrate

So my girlfriends phone wouldn't stop vibrating either...so I just threw it on the carpeted floor (throw it somewhat hard, obviously not hard enough to break it).....then the vibrating stopped.....worth a shot I guess if you don't want to go through the hassle of sending it in.

Stop the Vibrating

Sounds like the phone may have gotten wet. Check behind the battery for a white circle sticker, it will be red if the phone has gotten wet. Best of Luck.

No Vibrate

Unfortunately, the vibration mechanism is not in the battery. You will eiither have to get it serviced or get a replacement phone. I am very farmiliar with the MPX220 as I used to use one. When mine died, I replaced it with a Motorola Q. If you have GSM service, the GSM Q's are being relesed shortly.
