Question about HP CTO HP Workstation XW6200 Base (DY247AV#ABA) PC Desktop
On any type of desktop o laptop computer, you can access the BIOS settings by pressing at DEL key while it turns on (in some computers you will see a message on the screen after you turn it on displaying the right key to press in order to get into the bios settings.. from there you can look true the options and clear the settings and reset the machine to safe mode o factory settings.
If you can't get in any option at all you need to open up your computer, make sure the FAN on top of the CPU is working. it may gone bad and your computer is overheating. by default it will shut down after the beeps.
if the fan is ok, try pulling the memory ram stick off the slots. turn your pc on, see what is instructed on screen if there is any info.
iffter taking the memory ram modules off, if you have more than one try to just put one at the time and see if if boots up as normal. then just put the second on and if this cause a problem just remove the second memory module and it will be the answer to your problem
