Apparently parts are hard to come by, but you can find this particular sprinkler on ebay, or acehardware web site simply type in your search and it will pop right up

The steering wheel no longer moves the front wheels to move the car

Year/make/model??? If the steering wheel turns but both front wheels don't, suspect internal rack and pinion/steering box failure or broken steering shaft u-joint or possible broken steering linkage. ( Pitman arm/ center link etc)

Steering wheel turns freely but does not move wheels

Follow the steering column down to the gearbox. You will see a "knuckle" that the arm goes into. It may possibly have a "donut" that looks like it's made of a tire - if not it will go into a metal flange that transfers movement to the gearbox.this is where you need to look closely and have a helper move the steering wheel as you are looking. The donut or the flange has broken and you will need to replace the part there.

Reasons for "play" in a steering wheel. I have a 1998 dodge ram 1500 club cab and can turn my wheel almost 2" without the wheels turning. I had it looked at from a local garage and they found a broken sway...

Could be more worn steering parts such as the pitman or idler arm. IIRC, the 98 Ram has a steering gear box, and not rack and pinion steering like newer models.

If the issue is not up front under the hood, you could also have a worn intermediate (sometimes called a sector shaft) . This shaft goes between the steering column and the gear box or rack and pinion.

My steering wheel is vibrating really bad and I can't turn the wheel

If you cannot turn the front wheels and the steering wheel was vibrating before then (since I assume that the car is undrivable now), then your car most likely has broken/damaged tie rod: check if the front wheels wobbles.
A less common problem is the actual steering/wheel rack-pinion gearing mechansim is broken and it is indicated by not being able to move both the front wheels together.
In both case, you need specialist repair.
Hope it helps.

Front end shakes so much it looks like the wheels are falling off

What you have is called death wobble. Generally it is caused by one or several loose components in the steering. You need to have all mounts including where steering box is attached to the chassis checked. Often the problem is caused by either bad ball joints or track bar ends or mounts. Wheel stud torque is also important. if any brake, tire, or other front end work has recently been done, this may be the cause. One item often suggested by shops is the steering stabilizer. It is often damaged by the shaking but if replaced will not cure the problem and will be damaged again.
If everything in the front end is carefully checked and verified as good, then as a last resort, have some additional positive caster added to the front end alignment. That often helps.

Look under the front between the wheels at the tie rod that connects the two wheels. It is probably bent up and should be straight. If it's bent, remove it a straighten it.

I need help to find how to repair steering assembly Part broken

should be an metal arm under the front of the mower with a swivel ball on each end, if the ball has popped out of the socket it sits in you will need a new arm or maybe 2 new ball swivels, the actual balls are held onto the steering arm by a nut which you can undo to remove the old ball and replace it with the new ones
Hope this helps
