I have the same issue; however, I am just now looking for solutions to this. I will try the gallon of white vinegar.

Hi, Don't be upset anymore! I was looking for a solution, to the exact same thing today, I looked through the drain hose and except for a little water, there was not too much in there. Next and this is what i suggest you do too. I checked the pump filter. To do this, simply take the 3 small screws out of the front panel that is mounted just below the door. Once you do this remove this panel. Now simply unscrew the cover on the beige colored plastic housing right in the front middle. I unscrewed the cover, and removed it. The filter is nothing fancy or a separate part. It is just a part of the cover that has holes in it. It catches big items, and keeps them from getting into the pump. I found two small socks, a ball point pen, and two hair clips in mine. When i put it all back togehter, i put a load of wash in and waited for the rinse cycle. Wow i can't remember the last time water came out of it that fast. I don't know if the repair guy did that on yours when he came out, but it sure cured my problem. Hope this helps.

Man! I was just about to call the doggone repair guy, when I read about the unscrewing of the pump housing. I did the gallon of vinegar, with no help. Today I was going to call the repairman. ...unscrewed the pump housing, as you read on this post, and it was loaded with stuff that I don't choose to type on this. The machine is just as awesome as when it was new! Do this! Even if you don't have problems with draining, do this regularly! Wow!

    Hello .

I got the same problem with my washer last year , F02 and SUD error .
It ran la champ after I clean all junks from the filter. However those
errors just come back yesterday . This time I don't find any junks in
the filter . I took out the pump and check, don't find anything wrong
    with it .

The washer runs find through all the cycles, but when it hit the SPIN, where the F02 and SUD occur .

I have to turn off the washer and let it sit over night then I manually turn knob to DRAIN/SPIN then I will complete the load

Any suggestion what is wrong with this. If the pump is bad then how i
work from early cycles or after the washer turn off for a few hours

Thank you very much and have a nice day all

I had the exact same problem with the "sud" and "FO2" error codes. Just remove the 3 screws at the very bottom of the front panel under the washer door. Your prefilter will be light brown, just unscrew it and remove all the junk inside. Make sure you put a towel under the washer when you remove the cap. I found a sock, wash cloth, clothes pin, safety pin, and lot of other horrible things. Hope this helps

Soap suds leaks from the bottom of my washing machine. The repair man came several times and found no leaks or any problems. The problem seems to be getting worse.

I am going to try the filter solution and I will let you know how it works. Just FYI my girlfriend had the same problem (FO2 ans Sud) she switched to a powder HE detergent and said it solved her problem.

Duet washer , clean filter still get sud reading. Washes well without clothes. Wash with and without soap and did not put in clothes. The machine went throught the cycle with no problems. When you

do you get a lot of suds when you run it without soap and clothes ? if so put about a cup or 2 of vegetable oil into the washer and run a cycle . soap suds will adhere to the oil and it will help it to remove from washer . after you can run a clean cycle with bleach or white distilled vinegar.

My kenmore washer showes sud code

If it is similar to the Whirlpool duet,

Try using less soap (hi eff machine)
try using more fabric softner
to clear the occasional Sud warning, I run the machine on "quick wash" with no detergent/additive. gives it two more quick spin cycles in 30-35 minutes, usually clears it.

Whirlpool Duet -Sud displays and washer stops

I;ve had the same problem (SUD on first fill) and found this most helpful for my WFW9600TW01 Duet washer

http://www.tellingmachine.com/post/Fixing-Sud-and-F35-errors-on-my-Whirlpool-WFW9600TW01-Washer.aspx

I duplicated his actions and it cleared up my SUD/F35 error. I think running the diagnostic test multiple times flushes the sensors/sensing lines to eliminate the problem.

Jan 30, 2010 | Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer

Sud code appeared

If you have a front-load washer then you probably have put too much soap in or not used "he" soap. Front loader use very little water and need low-sudsing soap. Most all brands now sell this "h.e" soap. What has happened is that suds have travelled up the tube to your pressure switch and have told the washer's computer that there are too many suds in the machine. The machine thinks that there is water in the tub even it there is not. You can either let it sit for a day or two or try unplugging it and then run a few hot rinses, without any soap, until you don't see anymore suds in the tub.

F35 & SuD error codes on Kenmore Elite Washer

F35 has to do with the pressure switch which is located under the top panel on the back right. It will have a little black hose hooked to it. This happens when SUDS or detergent somehow gets up into it and usually locks unit out. Only solution is to replace pressure switch. You can find the tech sheet behind the bottom front panel usually tape to the back side of that panel or taped to the bottom right side inside unit. Hope this helps

Whirlpool ghw9150 help !!!!!!!

I would run the drain hose into a bucket or the sink to make sure that it is not your plumbing if it still gives you the code replace the pump just because this pump is putting out water doesn't mean that it is doing it as fast as the machine wants it too. Those pumps are not that reliable and have tricked me a couple of times until I replaced them. good luck.

F02 Error Code & SUD message

Knowing from our washer, the SUD code is too much foam from the detergent. Since most soaps today are highly concentrated, or High Efficiency soap, try using less soap as a starter. :)

Kenmore Elite HE4t Washer

WE had a person with the same problem with her HE4 front loaded washer. What we discovered was when we opened up the soap resivour was that soap built up around the float valves causing them to stick.

A technician I knew put vinegar down the soap dispensor and ran the cycle, with the washer empty. He put it on in the hot water mode and ran it for four or five complete cycles like washing clothes.

It worked for him. Try it like it did for him to see if it helps. If not, you will need to contact a service technician to see if the SUD error code means something else.

Sometimes the timer boards get a bit of moisture on them and cause a corrosion headache. I have yet to see anyone figure out a way to dry them off, and when condensation builds up, it usually means there is a problem causing the condensation to get that far up. On some versions a foam seal gets worn out from time, often needs to be replaced to prevent moisture built up.

Another thing that sometimes does it is the back of the machine, will be too close to the wall or have debris back behind there causing it not to be able to breath.
