Question about Heating & Cooling
I installed a Hunter 44860 touch screen thermostat. I cannot ''override'' the programs I set and change the temperature manually
1. Touch the temperature icon . The selected icon will flash and SET OVERRIDE TEMPERATURE appears. 2. Touch the UPor DOWN sign to adjust the setting. 3. Press ENTER and the screen displays SELECT HOLD TYPE. 4. Touch the UP or DOWN sign to select TEMPORARY HOLD. 5. Press ENTER and the screen displays TEMPORARY HOLD ? HOLD UNTIL. 6. Touch the hour and minutes 7. Use the UP or DOWN sign to set the ending time. 8. "Hunter" says it all. Throw it out and buy a honeywell, robertshaw, or a white-rodgers. Hunter stats are notorious in the business as being problematic.
