Question about Sewing Machines

1 Answer

I have a countryside 3500P multifuel pellet stove. Last spring while in operation the auger stopped turning. I checked all the electrical connections and as far as I can tell all is working. Gave it a intensive cleaning but still no luck. I have owned the stove for 7 years with no previous problems. Not sure is small appliances is the right category.

Inside where the auger motor is, there are some thermostats on the side of the fire box. One of these controls the auger motor. It has a very small little reset button on it that you have to press to reset. That will bring the auger motor back to life for you!

My machine won't stop running when turned on

Since you turn it on and it starts to run without your help the foot control has a problem. Try to pull the control apart and turn it on again. It is likely the spring is either broken or dislodged from where the bracket is. Check the spring.

What do hermit crabs eat?

  1. You can feed a combination of pelleted Hermit Crab food, as well asfruits, such as chopped apples, grapes and bananas, and vegetables, including dark green leafy ones like kale and broccoli. Pellet-type food can be crushed into powder to feed small Hermit Crabs. Feed one teaspoon for small crabs.

For the last few days my aurora ,430 will go about 20 stitches then stop saying a thread broke. I have changed everything, cleaned everything, turned off and restarted everything, reset everything... you...

Sounds to be that the "check spring" came out if its "flag". Not sure if you want to take it to your repair shop or do it yourself.
Remove side panel/head cover/ end cap.
When threading the machine you thread the check spring when you bring the thread down and up.(sorry I just cant think of a better way to discribe it).
Find the check spring.
There should be a small black plastic part that the check spring is controling, and my guess is that it has came out. This is a comon problem with this machine.
I know this is a horable explanation but this is hard to discribe.
Hope this helps

My Husqvarna Emerald continuse to stitch after I release the foot pedal. Although the stitching is at a greatly reduced speed it won't stop unless I turn the machine off.

It sounds like the food pedal is sticking. I have had this happen only to find that the pedal had drifted under my mobile thread drawer and was unable to lift up when I took my foot off it - yikes - looked like a ghost was operating my machine! However, it you are sure the foot pedal is not stuck under a piece of furniture, perhaps the spring inside is not decompressing completely. It needs to be checked. I am not that familiar with the Emerlad models - do they have a Stop/Start button on the machine itself? If yes, perhaps this button is stuck in a little? Check that also.

Machine stops and says thread is broke. Mean while the thread is not broke

Probably one of two issues. There is a sensor in the upper tension that is operated by the check spring assembly. If its broken, twisted or jammed it will sew a few stitches, maybe more and then beep and stop. A service man is the only fix, sorry.
