Question about Nokia 6233 Cellular Phone
Hello, I dropped my Nokia 6233 in a cup of steaming hot coffee. After drying out for 5 days, the only function to have not returned is the vibrate mode. Can you please point me in the right direction to what needs to be done/getting it fixed? Thanks.
If the phone is worthless to you without vibrate mode, you should remove the battery and immerse the phone in distilled water. Agitate it for a few minutes, then dry it for another week, rotating the phone to a different position every day.
If that doesn't work, call your service provider about replacing your phone. I think you will find repair to be the most expensive option.
You can save money by downgrading on some features. For instance, do you really need a phone that will work after being dropped in coffee?

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
