the disc is fine i just went and loaded a older file and it works i take care of my discs so well i have 300 some cds all still like new same with my 100 dvds and 30 games so no its not scratched the game just fucked up on a bad load sorry buddy your wrong because if it was the cd that was scratched then it would have screwed up again and again ive played and beaten fallout 3 two more times since i put up this posted with no problems at that part or any other parts its just a bad load people dont trade in you disc unless it really is scratched just load from an older save and try again i now it sucks but its not worth selling a 70 dollar game for 30 bucks

when it happened to me i got my brothers fallout game and put it in same problem i rented it tried it same problem i read a million posts and found out it was a bad load light bulb comes on hey wait all i have to do is load from an older save file the best solution i found is to have a few save files not to many but a few for fallout and save on separate ones especially when your just about to enter a building (AND DONT SAVE OVER IT) save outside of the building and go in and if it freezes ta da you can load it and spend the extra 30 minutes or what ever doing it over again its much more worth it then selling you game thats all you can do

and to hulud86 sorry dude but your way off your solution seems to be just give up and sell it but i say fuck that might as well try and hulud86 next think if a disc is scratched it can be fixed only on the shiny side of course but it can be fixed the only time it cant be fixed is if the picture side got scratched

Well your disc is officially garbage because it's scratched for sure. Don't bother trying to fix your game disc. Do what I did. Go to sellitbroken.com and sell your game to them. They will give you good money for it.

You know... that same thing happens to me, but it happens at the main door of the museum of history. I can't even get in the building. The rest of the game is fine besides a couple of missions being undoable.

Picture freeze, long tme to restart does it again

Unless you have good / fast access to the Internet (or wireless or 4G network), it may take a long time to download a movie to your device. If the speed of download is slower than the speed of the play, the picture freezes ... essentially, it is waiting for the completion of the download for the next few frames (of the movie). That is why the picture freeze .... and it will start again after sufficient data has been download to continue / start playing (the movie) again.

I forgot my deepfreeze and i need to delete it tho it can't be deleted without unfreezing my pc i tried antideepfreeze and it failed for me ....what can i do ?

There's no possible way to recover a lost/forgotten Deep Freeze password. But there are several ways to possibly disable/uninstall DeepFreeze.

Enterprise Version :
Deep Freeze Enterprise users can generate One Time Passwords (OTP) to gain access to deepfreeze. To generate an OTP,
  1. Open the Deep Freeze login dialog on the system for which you need to generate the One Time Password.
  2. Write down the Token code. It is located at the top of the login dialog.
  3. Open the Deep Freeze Configuration Administrator and click the One-Time Passwords tab or open the Enterprise Console and click on Tools > One Time Password.
  4. Enter the code you recorded into the Token field and click Generate OTP. Another code will appear in the OTP field. The second code is the password for the workstation.

The newly generated One-Time Password can then be used to disable, uninstall, and re-install Deep Freeze with the correct password.

For Deep Freeze evaluations (with no License Key entered) :

  1. Restart the computer.
  2. Enter the system BIOS settings.
  3. Advance the clock by at least 60 days and then restart your computer. This will disable the software.
  4. After the system has started, run the Deep Freeze installation program to uninstall Deep Freeze.
  5. After the computer reboots, re-enter the BIOS and reset the clock to the current date. You can then re-install Deep Freeze after restarting.
If you are running a licensed copy of Deep Freeze Standard submit a ticket and we can look into the issue further to see if there are any other options avalalbe to assist you.

I installed my deep freeze software in my laptop.now i forgot that password. so really i cant store anything in my laptop.

Hi!
Sorry I was unable to provide you exact help on this one as I don't know the deep freeze version you are using but you may want to try these steps, if it doesn't work out, please coordinate with us with the version of the deep freeze.
For Deep Freeze Enterprise:
  1. Open the Deep Freeze login dialog on the workstation for which you need to generate the OTP.
  2. Write down the Token code which is located at the top of the login dialog.

For Deep Freeze evaluations (with no License Key entered):
If you are running a licensed copy of Deep Freeze Standard submit a ticket and we can look into the issue further to see if there are any other options available to assist you.
Or if you may want, you can also back up all your files then reformat the computer. Thanks for reading my suggestions.

Hope this helps even a bit.

How can i troubleshoot why my windows vista machine freeze ?

Hi,

System freezes can be caused by many different things but are more likely to be caused by the hard drive having bad sectors or the system files are corrupt.

To troubleshoot the system files and hard drive i recommend that you boot the machine up in safe mode. To do this restart the computer and repeatedly tap the F8 key. When you get to the sub menu select "Safe Mode" and press enter.

You will see a boot leader apear (white text) on screen, wait until it loads the welcome screen.

Once inside safe mode you will notice that you have no sound, internet connection, desktop background or graphics. This is because in safe mode the system only loads basic drivers so the above mentioned are dissabled allowing you to work in safe mode.

Click on the Start menu (orb) and in the search pane type cmd and hit enter. A command line window will come on-screen.
Type in that command window chkdsk /f /r and hit the enter key.

You will see information about the volume with a message that the volume cannot be locked, would you like to schedule a disk check next time the system restarts? type Y and hit enter and then type exit and hit enter.

The window will close so then restart the computer.

When the system restarts let it boot normally and now the system will check on the hard drive and check system files for you, if it finds any problems it will fix them itself.

This proceedure can take anything up to 2-3 hours to complete so please be patient.

Good luck and if there is anything else i can help you with please post back.

Regards.

Xbox360 fallout 3 freezes when I try to leave sub basement.. water purity quest

Fallout 3 has an issue with loading data from the hard drive(as does several other games). It causes the game to freeze more often than most games. Playing the game from the disk, rather than the hard drive should fix the problem. Feel free to continue to play it from the hard drive once the issue has cleared up.
