Question about Garden
Was running, but with lots of smoke, same mix as my chainsaw.. when string broke, replaced string, tried to start again, now wont start. Pulled plug, plug is wet, it has spark, and fuel obviously, since plug is wet..
Carb messed up?
Nope, it's not the carb. The plug is wet and probably black as well. Wet plug and lots of smoke means too much oil in the mix which is where the problem lies. Get a compression tester and look at the pressure reading; anything less than 90psi means the piston ring is stuck and needs to be replaced/cleaned.
